We started Moonsworth to build the tools we wished existed.
When we looked at the Minecraft ecosystem, the options weren’t great. Clients were slow, cluttered, or overloaded with features nobody asked for. So we built something different — faster, simpler, and designed around how players actually play.
Lunar Client took off faster than we expected.
What began as a focused project quickly grew into one of the most adopted Minecraft clients worldwide. As more players discovered it, the community expanded organically pushing us to scale our team, invest in better infrastructure, and commit fully to building long-term products, not short-term releases. Today, Moonsworth operates as a fully distributed company with developers, designers, and community leads across the globe. Working remotely allows us to hire exceptional talent wherever it exists and stay connected to the players we serve.

Moonsworth was founded by Matheus Fonseca, Colin McDonald, and Jordan Iribarren — builders with a shared focus on performance, trust, and player-first design.
Co-Founder. Leads product vision, strategy, and growth. Oversees platform direction while ensuring Lunar Client remains fast, reliable, and built to last.
Co-Founder. Heads engineering and technical architecture. Responsible for the performance optimizations, systems, and infrastructure that power the client at scale.
Jordan is a co-founder of Lunar Client with a focus on product development and user experience. He has helped shape the client’s feature set and overall direction with a player-first mindset.
